Did you know that the average U.S. resident emits 17.3 metric tons of carbon dioxide equivalent emissions per year? In Texas, however, the average is 25.6 metric tons of carbon dioxide equivalent. In order to help reduce global climate change and the associated impacts to human and natural systems, we all need to take actions to reduce our greenhouse gas emissions.
