Did you know that the most common form of air pollution in San Antonio is ground-level ozone? Ground level-ozone is a major component of smog that readily forms during warm, sunny days. Prolonged exposure to ground-level ozone can lead to harmful health effects in all populations, but especially the most vulnerable, including children, outdoor workers, the elderly, and people with respiratory illness.
